Standard order terms
- By default you receive 1 finished illustration in two formats for non-commercial use, with 1 of your characters and a simple background (fill or minimal surroundings) at my discretion, unless the background has been paid for separately;- Casual outfits or nudes (no elaborate outfits: armor, ball gowns, etc);- formats: JPG, PNG (character on transparent background).

PRICES
Full body chibi (animal) - 30$
Extra chibi (animal) + 20$ADDITIONAL FEE:- simple background + 10$- complex background + 20-60$- rendering (textures, dot drawing) + 20$- high detail (lots of small details, complex clothing elements, tattoos, wings, additional body parts, etc.) + 10$- additional character + 80% of the cost of the commission- creation of an original character + 50% of the cost of the commission
(If your character doesn't have a fully complete visual reference i can use, you'll be charged a Character Design fee (even if you have picrews, pinterest pages, any kind of collage, text description etc).
HOW TO PAY:You can pay for your order by direct card transfer (RU) in RUB currency, or pay by invoice on EasyStart website in USD/EUR currency (ask me for instructions).
Terms of Service
1. Artist's Rights.- I reserve the right to refuse any work if it proves to be beyond my capabilities or is from a list of things I do not paint.- I retain the copyright to the commissioned work unless agreed upon in advance.- I reserve the right to use, publish, record and broadcast the commissioned work unless agreed in advance.- If I am commissioned fan art from an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to use the work as I see fit, including the right to sell the work at any time, for example as a printed product (transfer of rights does not apply to fan art).
6. Refunds.- The client has the right to request a refund at any time.- The artist retains the right to refuse the work and remit the refund at any time.- Once work has begun, the % of refunds will depend on the % of work completed. For example, if the artist is ready to start working with color, the refund will be 50% of the total cost of the order.7. Communication.- If you don't respond to me for more than 24 hours, I will start working on the next order until you respond.
If you don't respond for more than a week, I will put you at the end of my queue.
If you do not respond for more than a month, I will automatically remove you from my queue with no refund option.- Full contact during the order is required, I always send the work process and communicate with you about the details. If necessary, I make multiple sketches for you to choose from.- Communication can be via VK and E-Mail, depending on your preference.
2. Terms of use, transfer of rights.- Unless otherwise agreed, the client agrees that this artwork is for personal use only (e.g. posting, personal printing, use as an avatar/banner, etc.) and is not authorized to reproduce the artwork for any profit.- If the client intends to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes (specifically for printing physical goods), this must be stated at the beginning of the ordering process as it will affect the overall cost.- Depending on the situation, rights may be transferred via a commercial fee of 100-200% of the original cost of the commission, in addition to the original cost. Signing a document of transfer of rights is not required. Indication of authorship - mandatory (at least the signature of the author, a reference to the author can also be provided).- The customer agrees that even in the case of transfer of rights he will consider me the original artist who created this work of art (presence of the author's signature).- The customer is forbidden to:
○ repaint my sketches
○ paint over the work
○ remove the author's signature or watermark.
3. Payment.100% prepayment before the start of work on the order. The amount can be divided into two payments (for orders from 100$). The second part of the payment is always less than the first and is paid after the approval of the sketch.4. Edits.Free of charge are allowed 3 global and 5 minor edits from the customer at the stage of sketching, subsequent edits are 5$ each. No edits will be accepted at the color fill stage.
5. Deadlines and confidentiality.- The minimum deadline is 14 days (depends on the complexity of the work and place in the live queue). Deadlines are negotiated in advance.- For the urgency of the work and higher priority in the queue, an additional fee is charged (20-50% of the cost of the commission).- The customer should let me know in advance if he/she has any requests for deadlines or confidentiality.- If the customer requires complete confidentiality (not to post the finished work anywhere), the customer will be charged an additional fee of 100% of the original commission cost. If the customer requires partial confidentiality (not to post the result of the work until a certain date), the additional fee is not charged.
